I offer therapy for those seeking guidance and support with respect to gender and sexual identity, ADHD, anxiety, depression, parenting, and life transitions.
As a white, queer, cis-gendered female, I am committed to creating an inclusive, anti-racist, queer-friendly, and sex-positive space where everyone feels safe and respected. My approach is informed by Harm Reduction and Trauma-Informed perspectives, drawing on Solution-Focused Brief, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioural, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy techniques to best support each individual’s needs.
